  • What is a full-time study load?
International students on a student visa must be enrolled in a full-time study load.
A full-time study load is determined by EFTSL (Equivalent Full-Time Student Load) and not hours per week. You must be studying a minimum of one EFTSL per academic year. For example; if you have 24 subjects to complete over three years, you will be required to enrol in 8 subjects per academic year x 3 = 24. Please remember your three trimesters are compulsory study periods.
  • Can I study my course online?
International students must study no more than one-third (33%) of their total subjects online. You must study at least one (1) face-to-face subject in each compulsory study period (unless it’s the last subject required to complete the course). For more information, please read the enrolment policy.

International students on a student visa are required to study full time i.e. must complete a minimum of 1.0 EFTSL of study per year.
