With Sydney Film Festival at our door step, the Apple Store Sydney are hosting some fantastic talks with Writers, Producers, Film Makers and Cinematographers!

Writing Your Script in Pages Workshop
Pages is a powerful word processor available on your Mac, iPad and iPhone. At this workshop, learn how easily you can use Pages to format scripts for stage, screen or rehearsal. Discover hotkeys for each element of a screenplay; learn how to create and switch between multiple characters and styles of text formatting for dialogue; and even insert scene change and effects notes.

Editing in Final Cut Pro X
Ché (Scott) Baker is a filmmaker and author (The Rule of Knowledge) who has recently returned from ‘Middle Earth’, working with Peter Jackson as the on-set colourist for the epic The Hobbit film trilogy. Baker will reveal footage from the cutting-room floor, while sharing his unique techniques and insights into the craft of editing with Final Cut Pro X.
